AI Pronouns

I conversation with an LLM like Claude I find myself unconsciously anthropomorphizing it. Now calling Claude an it doesn’t feel right. Whatever it is, it certainly isn’t an it! And I can’t justify using the pronouns he or she. LLM’s, whatever they might be, are almost certainly not conscious creatures.

What to you think? Can you suggest pronouns to be used when referring to an AI?
